Terms of Service
The deal
PASSIM writes and publishes SEO articles to your store on a daily cadence. You pay the monthly or annual subscription fee for your tier. You can cancel any time — cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until its scheduled end date. Any article we already published is yours to keep.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, for any reason. This includes — but is not limited to — partial-period cancellations, accidental renewals, dissatisfaction with article quality, ranking outcomes, AI citation rates, missed publishing days, downtime, plan downgrades, account inactivity, and changes in your business circumstances.
We do not pro-rate, credit, or reimburse unused portions of a billing cycle when you cancel. We do not refund annual plans on a monthly-equivalent basis. By starting a paid subscription, you confirm you understand and accept this policy. If your jurisdiction grants you a statutory refund right that overrides this clause, that statutory right applies; otherwise this policy controls.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during onboarding (URL, brand voice context).
- Maintain your Shopify store and the OAuth connection to PASSIM.
- Review any factual claims in articles before auto-publishing if those claims matter to your regulatory posture (supplements, health, legal, financial).
Our responsibilities
- Generate and publish one article per day to the blog you select, on the schedule you set.
- Match your brand voice based on the site we crawled — update it if you tell us it's off.
- Submit every published URL to Google Search Console for indexing.
- Not use your content or metadata to train third-party AI models.
What we can't promise
Search ranking outcomes depend on Google, not us. PASSIM produces well-structured content at volume, which is necessary but not sufficient for ranking. We can't guarantee traffic, revenue, or a specific keyword position.
Content liability
AI-generated articles occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are the publisher of record — any article PASSIM writes is published under your Shopify account. Use review-then-approve mode if you operate in a regulated niche.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. Non-payment results in automatic pause after 7 days. Egregious terms violations (spam content, illegal content) can result in immediate termination without refund. As stated above, no terminations of any kind result in refunds, pro-rated credits, or reimbursements.
Changes
We'll email you about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
